At Mason Garments, we strive for excellence in every pair of shoes we craft; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the footwear back in its original Mason Garments luxury box and secure it within a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated courier point; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
